Beach Studio Design Build & Consulting LLC is led by founder Steve Nelson, a master builder with over 30 years of experience in design, construction, contracting, and structural consulting. Having started in his father’s architectural office  at a young age, Steve quickly discovered a natural talent for design and architectural drawing—and has been building ever since. As Steve says, “There's not much I haven't built.”

Steve has completed projects in 31 states, ranging from luxury coastal estates and commercial restaurants to historic restorations and structural defect consulting. His work is recognized for exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and practical problem-solving in demanding environments.

We conduct thorough quality inspections at various stages of the construction process to ensure that everything meets our stringent quality standards. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we address any concerns promptly.

Upon completion, we invite you for a final walkthrough of the project. This is your chance to review the work, ask questions, and ensure that everything aligns with your vision. We’ll address any final adjustments needed before the project is officially completed.
