BSDB is available for all your residential construction projects. From small improvements to complete remodels, whether for your own home or a home flip, we can work with you to ensure your project is done efficiently, affordably, and successfully.
Residential Project Process
To start the process, contact us, and let us know what you have in mind!
After that, we'll coordinate with you to set up an in-person meeting to review the project and provide you with an estimate. We'll determine the scope of the project, the anticipated timeline, the people required to complete your project, and the project cost. We'll send you a proposal with all of this information.
Once you've reviewed the proposal and signed the agreement, we can begin working on your project. If permits are required, we'll coordinate those. If specialized teams are involved, we'll coordinate those schedules. We'll provide the schedules and time projections for each phase of the project so that you can plan accordingly.
During various stages of the whole process, we'll coordinate a series of meetings and sit-down conversations to keep everyone on the same page and be aware of updates and changes. You'll also have a handful of homework assignments (don't worry, they're fun!) to help ensure your vision is what we create.
Our goal is to keep you at ease during the process with a clear understanding of the project, scope, and challenges - thereby making it enjoyable for you and ultimately creating a lasting relationship and even friendship in the process.
